John is the type of realtor that gives realtors bad names. He did not disclose the house had termites, or termite damage. Nor did he disclose the previous buyers inspection report- even if that's just common courtesy it wasn't done, so we wasted our money on an inspection when he already knew it was going to fail miserably. John also tells the buyer's agent that there are multiple offers coming in on the property even tho there is not. I highly suggest that you proceed with caution if your interested in a house that he is listing. Most of what he told us has been lies.
