Home Building
Estimate provided for the work was $70,000-80,000 but upon 'near' completion I was handed an invoice for over $150,000. Work was never completed, I was billed for material and work done on other projects of theirs, they failed to live up to their "warranty" and refused to complete the work. I withheld approximately $5,000 for punch list items and to retaliate, Jeff Garrison, attempted to file a mechanics lien on my property and filed a lawsuit. Their subs never completed the work, work that was done was shotty and needed to be redone, countertops cut crooked, HVAC not installed correctly, exterior painting/caulking never complete and their mason installed a patio which is graded incorrectly, Then to add insult to injury, Jeff Garrison sends me threatening text messages and emails claiming he wants to destroy me... I wouldn't let Jeff Garrison, Garrison Homes, or their sub contractors build a bird house for me going forward...
