One of three suppliers contacted for an estimate (Second supplier was non-responive. The third supplier's store was manned by someone who knew very little about flooring product and services. That owner subsequently called, but priced 2 hardwood selections (of different quality and known prices) at the same price). The selected owner came to the house promptly and provided his estimate the next day. The estimate was simple, but complete and without a lot of legal mumbo jumbo. The owner was very cooperative, had his crew remove everything over one weekend to enable a different contractor (painter) to start his effort on Monday. When the painters finished, the hardwood crew returned to complete their installation in two days. They did an excellent job and left the house very clean. Don't let the laid back attitude of the owner fool you. He was very trustworthy and the crew did an excellent job.They did exactly what they said they'd do.

The service was very good - he came when promised and the instalelrs did an excellent job and even corrected a problem which was not in the original work order. I would certainly recomment this company

We had a home visit for an estimate and within a few hours we had a quote. Floors and More were professional, prompt and their level of work was outstanding! We were nervous about our baseboards and pillars they had to work around and how it would look against our kitchen tile and bedroom carpets. It looks beautiful! You would never know the flooring was not there from the start! They did the whole job in 2 days and they cleaned up everything! It was the best thing we ever did putting our trust in this company.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Good product selection. Outsourced installation to competent workers and oversaw installation. Completed most 'pic list' items, but not all.
