Ecolistic Cleaning

It was excellent. They are very professional cleaners. They are perfectionists and clean every nook and cranny of the house.

They did a good job, but had trouble keeping staff and ended up canceling or shortening the cleanings on a fairly regular. They are now closed.

It went great per usual.  They always do a fantastic job, especially on the floors.  They are very personable and professional, even treat my cat great!!

We started using Ecolistic Cleaning in 2008.  We have heavy rental activity, 8 months out of the year, 150+ days a year requiring 20+ cleanings.  That's no less than 160 cleanings over 8+ years.  We are in a family-oriented resort town and many of our visitors bring their pets.

We have never had a single visitor complain about the cleanliness or appearance of our property.  Instead, we've received many compliments about how nice the place looked upon arrival.

They are professional, thorough, accommodating, responsive, and reasonably priced.  Every time.  Without fail.

We had an initial consultation with the Baltimore manager of the company, Jane, followed by two or three cleanings. Each time, two people came.  The starting times we were given were a little more approximate than exact, which seemed odd to me, and the prices were on the high end of what I expected, because most companies seem to have an option to use environmentally friendly supplies these days.  The folks who came to clean were always nice people - they generally seemed like recent college grads who were maybe trying to make it as musicians or artists and doing this on the side, and I am happy to meet and support such folks.  They did an okay job, but on the first occasion they came, because of craziness in our lives, we had a sink full of dirty dishes.  I started to ask if the cleaners might take care of this, but the disgusted expression on one of their faces gave me the clear impression that this was an unwelcome imposition, so I was embarrassed and stuck around to do it myself.  This is not how you want your cleaning company to make you feel.  Past cleaning companies I've used have always done dishes, and usually asked if they could remake the beds or do laundry while they were around, too, even if such things weren't strictly on their service lists - that seems like a much better strategy for making customers whose lives are too harried to allow them to clean their own homes happy with your service.  Also... past cleaning companies I've used have been considerably less expensive.  I'm just not sure Ecolistic is worth it for what they provide.

They are awesome. It's usually the same lady that comes every week and she does a great job. She does a little extra like straightening things up when she doesn't need to. They are environmentally conscience and I think they make all of their own cleaning products so that they are more eco-friendly. I haven't really compared prices with other companies.

They did some basic housecleaning for me. Ecolistic did a great job. On one occasion they had to come back because the bathroom wasn't cleaned to my satisfaction. They did come back the very next day. I would use them again.

Ecolistic does a consistent and thorough job. Their staff are friendly and are always willing to pick up a special focus or job that we need for the week. The price is very reasonable. We also very much like the ecological-friendly supplies. As a family with a new baby, it's nice to have them use safe cleansers rather than ammonia, etc.

I completely trust the people who come (same ones every week) and they are fantastic cleaners. I love the fact that they are environmentally responsible and they often have good tips for me. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a great, reliable house cleaner - and especially to those who care about the environment!
