D.L. Martin and Sons has done all my HVAC service for 10+ years. They are as honest as the day is long and come quickly when it is an emergency. Their price is reasonable and they are vey professional. Can't be beat.

This is the third time I have used this company. They repaired my heating unit last year and prepped my AC last spring. The last furnace repair was under $200.
My heat went out late yesterday afternoon, Sunday. I could have called the company then, but I had space heaters enough to keep the home warm. I called first thing Monday morning and a service tech was here by 1:00 PM. He was actually supposed to arrive by 12:30, but the office called at 12:45 to tell me he was running late. Wow, what service! Usually you are left wondering or having to call to make sure they were still coming. The service tech was polite and friendly and fixed the unit within 1.5 hours. When he was finished, he explained the problem, showed me the defective part, and cleaned up thoroughly after himself.
The past two times I used this company, the level of service was just as high. When you call in with a request for service, they take all your information and then tell you they will call back to schedule you. Within an hour, some one calls back with the window of time that the tech will show up. Prior to today, the tech has showed up within the time frame.
Because I am a repeat customer, the office bills me for the service. The past two service calls were extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
