showed up a week later due to emergencies being done. Had to call Brian a couple of times but he always got back to me on phone. Could have been better communication on work being done for us since we were new to this job just moving into the house. When the men left that day they did not explain that they would have to come back to finish job after an electrician would come in. Thought the whole job would be done the same day. Everything was done well except on the side of house where the well was placed the cut out on the grass is sloppy and not level with the existing sod. I did not complain and I'm still waiting for a revised bill to pay him for his services whereby the first invoice was incorrect. We did inform him of this. Overall the well is working great just wish the sod was left a little neater and not raised above the existing lawn. Brian the owner was very professional in his line of work.

Overall it was a very good experience. They were polite, efficient and their services were all inclusive, i.e., they provided the electrician and took care of everything. Brian was always responsive and called us back promptly. We have recommended Aqua Tech to several other homeowners.

They are respectful of you and your property. They do all the paper work.
