Generally good quality cleaning, but on a couple occasions, the team did not show up or came on the incorrect date.

It was not a good experience from start to finish. Made appointment with the office for the above date about 1week or 10 days before cleaning was needed. I was told I had to call the morning of the cleaning to see approximately what time the cleaners would be arriving.
Called 7:30 am the morning of 5/23. The person who answered the phone said they would be there probably between 11:30-12:30. At 1:30 since nobody was there I called the office and got nothing but a recording. Left a message and to this day never received a return call.
Cleaners showed up about 2. Informed me they were now late for the next appointment as well so I could see right away they were rushing. Kim who seemed to be in charge of the other 2 was very sweet and tried but seemed frazzled by the time she got to my house. Everything they did turned out well but they missed way too much. For instance, I was sitting on an outside porch looking inside and saw them vacuum the the floor without picking up the two small door mat rugs. I said something and Kim had the others go back and do that. I pointed out a number of other things they fixed it. They did spend 2 or a little more hours.
Later that day I realized they didn't vacuum behind the couch in the living room, under my bed (hardwood, easy) and under other small door mat type rugs. I also have a closet with a washer/dryer didn't even empty the trash can in there. Missed many items to dust, etc etc.
I am disappointed with the company itself as well as the cleaning. I should not be vacuuming or dusting anything after paying $139 and should have been treated with more courtesy by the company.

"Everything Mrs. (removed member name) stated was completly untrue. All Pro Maids had to call the POLICE because the way she was treating the cleaners. The POLICE report stated,"All Pro Maids, did everything possible for Mrs. (removed member name), her attitude towards the POLICE was terrible." The police told the office manager that she is a very difficult lady, best of luck with her. All Pro Maids will NEVER do work for Mrs. (removed member name) again."

We've used this business several times in the past and we've always been satisfied. We had a conflict regarding an item I suspected was missing and this led to an unpleasant exchange with the owner of the company. After over a month, my 12-year old son discovered the missing items in one of his bags. I apologize to the company for having falsely accused them. I do believe that there was no reason our discussions should have escalated to the extent they did and the owner bears some responsibility for this, but I also recognize that I contributed to the negative situation as well.

The workers at All Pro Maids are excellent. They're the best I've ever had. They clean from the ceiling down to the floor.

They were very good. They are thorough and work hard. They don't goof off. I liked that the manager of the company came to review their work. There were two people for three hours.
