The price was good.  He was pretty quick to come out and give me an estimate.  Call backs not excellent but acceptable.  One of his men had an accident with his chipper which set him back on schedule a lot.   I think I would have given him a higher rating if the mis-fortune of the accident did not happen.  He was not as responsive on updates and accurate on when he could come out but some of that was due to the unknown as to when the chipper would be fixed and back on the road.   He did offer to refund my deposit if he did not make it out by a certain date which I appreciated.   He was suppose to call the day he was coming and did not.  When he did the job he did do a good job!   I would use him again.

• All work was done professionally. Mr Jackson was very responsive and his crew was very polite and efficient. The access to my back yard is difficult, but Mr Jackson and his crew were able to complete all of the work very well.

Been trying to remove a dead Virginia Pine from the property of a recent purchase.
Waited several weeks for the estimate of another company.
American Tree called back the same day I made the phone call.
The next morning they showed up for the estimate.
The following day ... a day earlier then scheduled ... the called to see if they could stop by and remove the tree.
Within two hours the tree was removed, the property was cleaned
And I was left with no longer worrying that this dead tree would end up in my garage!!

His name is Phillip Jackson. They did a real good job, and the price was reasonable, and he cleaned up after himself.

He promised to come and cut down some trees for me. He has been putting me off. In the contract, there wasn’t a starting date. This has happened now 3 times. I have given deposit for the work to be done. I’ve had to be the one to call him, he has never called to tell me he can’t come today. He did come, did all of the work yesterday and did a good job. His communication was very poor.
