After workers left who did the interior work we have at least 3-4 places where proper wall patching and sanding was not done. As his workers were leaving there were a few spots of blue and red paint on the hardwood floors, which his workers removed after being told about them. One of the exterior workers needed to use the bathroom often, tracking in mud and mulch as he went to the bathroom.
While Tom liked to comment often on the "big jobs" that he had, it seemed he had little interest in treating his "little job" customers with equal care for quality, and consideration and respect for their schedules.
We will not be using this contractor again.
