They lower the rental prices to get tenants easier. I feel that they overprice the maintenance functions. They take exception to ownership's review of their judgement. We have requested a second opinion on a project that was going to be expensive, and they were offended. We have also had various items missing over the years.

I would highly recommend.

This was by far the WORST experience with real-estate agents I've even had. My family and I just sold our single family home a few states away and wanted to rent a home in Delaware before buying. I had called MULTIPLE times and did not get any response. I would send e-mails and call almost weekly. If they did respond it would be weeks later after the house was rented. I finally got an agent to respond after over three months of calling (I teach and started calling at the end of the school year. My move in was flexible, but need to be by mid-August). The agent agreed to show us a home, but was very unfocused. She knew nothing about the house and didn't seem interested in actually helping us. We applied for the house and were told the owner said no because we are a single income family and my spouse is working out of state. Ok.. I respect that. The owner wants to get paid. I drove six hours back to DE to look at more homes. The agent showed up late the property because she forgot her key. Then she didn't know how to get around to the homes (we drove in circles at times and she blamed the GPS). Finally, I found a house that worked and we applied offering to pay 6 months to a year in advance to reassure the owner. When we applied for the house she just sent an e-mail stating we didn't get it. She wrote, "They said no. Best XXXXXX" That's it. I e-mailed her back TWICE asking what happened and asked if she bothered to tell them we would pay a year upfront. She NEVER replied. This company has really bad customer service and I spent a lot of time trying to contact them and they couldn't be bothered to contact us back.

I was in Wilmington and she worked out of the Hockessin office in Delaware; they have offices all over the place in Delaware actually. She kept in touch with me. It was difficult to sell anything, but we finally got it sold; in fact, I am closing next week. She hung in there with me for over a year. She just didn?t list me and then run away. She was always there and was very responsive to any of my questions. She held a lot of hope in the houses. She charges the standard real estate commission, which I think is 4%.

Dave and his wife Diane, went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor. I cannot say enough good things about this team. Since I was living out of state, they kept me very well informed with regard to curb appeal, inside work being done, showings and open houses. I heard from Dave the same day as the open house.
