Steve came with a helper (Tyler), were on time, and very polite. Tyler, did the electrical switches and doorbells, and Steve did the circuit breaker. They were very efficient and quick. They got everything working. I was very pleased. I have their magnet for future jobs I might have.

From the beginning, Steve was very responsive and attentive. For example, we realized we had an issue on Saturday and called a number of local electricians who had no hours on the weekend and didn't return our call. I used Angie's List and found Steve. He came out in less than 30 mins., temp fixed our issue so we didn't have any safety problems and then scheduled the install as soon as possible. He was on time, professional and skilled. I would use him again.

I found and reset the basement GFCI that serviced the garage. That was definitely a fix to my problem. Although they didn't do any physical work for me, I would definitely call them first if I need an electrician in the future. I highly respect that level of honesty and integrity.

I called Steve for a minor issue, which he resolved in about 3 minutes. While he was there, I showed him some lighting fixtures that I wanted installed (assuming he wouldn't have time that day, as I'd only booked him for the small issue), but he said he was available to take care of it immediately if I wanted. I was pleased by his work. He was very careful about keeping everything as clean as possible when he worked, and his helper offered to vacuum up for me when they were finished (my light fixture came in a box with crumbling styrofoam, some of which spilled on the floor when the box was opened). He was also concerned about doing a good and safe job (our old fixture wasn't particularly well secured into the wall, and so he was able to address that issue when putting in the new fixture). He made sure his finish work looked professional, and even ensured we had the proper bulbs for the fixtures. He worked quickly and was friendly, as well. I felt like I got good value for my money. I would use him again.

They did a good job with the ceiling fan (very slow with their work since they charge by the hour), but the fan was installed well. The outlet being added on the wall was a different story. They really didn't want to do the work to tie the outlet into a proper electrical source. They first wanted to use a switch in the basement for power, but that would mean the switch would no longer work so that option was out. They then utilized an emergency kill switch in the basement stairwell for power. They told me that there were two lines behind that switch and they could use one of the those lines. Now I am not an electrician so I don't know what is right and wrong, but I found out there is was only one line on that switch and it is against New Castle County DE code to have anything tied into an emergency switch for your furnace (you would think they would know that). Since I did not know it was against code, they used that source for power. Fortunately it came to light sooner rather than later when I had a new furnace installed and the outlet no longer worked. That is when I called them back and asked them to come back and tie it to a proper electrical source. They did come back, but the guy was unable to fish the line through a hole in the floor to the outlet. He tried for an hour, but wasn't successful. Fortunately we had another electrician coming the next day for the furnace and he took care of that for us in 2 minutes. I am not sure what Lattanzio was trying to do during that hour, but it is clear they are either inexperienced or just work extra slow to charge you more. In either case, I would never use them again. The only positive thing I can say is the owner would respond to my calls or text messages promptly, but wasn't really committed to fixing the issue without wanting to charge additional time.

The service was very very good. He comes into the home with booties to avoid tracking dirt into the home. He's very knowledgeable, punctual and friendly as well.

Everything went great. I would use them again.

He told me when the builder built my house they never ran a wire from my box to the back of the house so that now had to be done diagonally which meant that we had to use more wire. The inspection work took 3 hours. I found him in one of my old phone books. When I called him I said I needed someone to do XYZ and I asked if he had a license and he told me yes. So he came with someone and they unscrewed every bulb and receptacle. My lights in the back of my house didn't work and he hooked them up for me. So I'm very satisfied. I spent $170.

Was able to contact Steve on first call and make an appointment for that week. Tech arrived on time, was very professional and quicky indentified and fixed problem. Based on my intitial experience, I will use this provider for any minor issues/projects ....and will consult (with others) on all major projects.

They have just completed a job at my mother in law's house today. It was a great success. He is very prompt, neat and he cleans up. His work is really good and I highly recommend him. I was satisfied with the price he charged. I have only good things to say about him.

Excellent work. All were Very friendly and professional. Asked questions before proceeding or to verify what I wanted. Cleaned up everything before they left. Very pleased with their work and would highly recommend. All work was completed in one day.

He set up an appointment for 2 days after I called him. Steve said that it would be less expensive if I purchased the material that he needed. He gave me a list of items and told me where I could get them. Judging by an earlier estimate from a different company, Steve was definitely right, it was less expensive. He was actually early for the appointment and finished in less time than he expected. He was friendly and informative. Everything was cleaned up as soon as he was done. I am very pleased with the service and I would definitely call them again.

The work was done well. They even were willing to add on an additional outlet install as part of the work.

My above comments describe the interaction I had with Steve Lattanzio. The work was done about five days ago and the systems fixed are still working properly. As of now, I am completely satisfied with the work done. I hope the lights continue to function as they are now, which will increase my confidence in Steve Lattanzio.

Very easy to work with.

Steve was very professional on the phone and in person. He was a bit early for the appointment, which ordinarily would have been great, but it was very early in the morning. Aside from that, the appointment was perfect- he and his assistant were courteous, respectful and efficient. He described what he had done and charged exactly what he said he would.

**We used Latanzzio on the rave recommendation of TWO of my husbands co-workers** Steve said he would arrive around a certain time and did call to let us know that he would be later because he needed to pick up supplies (I believe he ended up being on time anyway). It was a really rainy morning and the side of our yard where they installed the line was extremely muddy, but they were extremely considerate-removing their boots before they came in the house, etc... They did end up tracking mud all over the basement (where the panel is), but cleaned it up before they left. They cleaned up all the garbage from their work, including the old panel, bagged it, and put it in the garage for us. We also have two cats that like to sneak out when doors are open and both men were very careful not to let them out. My husband and I were under the impression that the upgrade would take 10 hours, but they were dont the upgrade AND took a look at a problem bathroom outlet, attic outlet, and downstairs outlet in about 8. Overall, they were both incredibly considerate, profession, and friendly-not to mention reasonably priced. We will, without a doubt, be using them again for any electrical needs we may have.

Steve is great. He personally handles appointments, is prompt, is careful to clean up all the areas where he has worked and even offered to spackle an area left bare by a new fixture(that we already knew would show). His prices are fair and he has an assistant to help cut down on the amount of time that he is in your home. We have used Steve three times on our 50-year-old house and have been nothing less than happy each time.
