A young lady inspected from top to bottom and answered all our questions and explained everything. This was our first home purchase. We wanted to make sure everything was right. A contractor and the appraiser (whom is our friend) was there. She dealt with all of us including the Realtor. She made sure we were comfortable with the home. Her name was Lisa. She went above and beyond.
