As reported by my son, and having witnessed the progress and finished product I can say that the services provided exceeded expectations. Mr. Boyd and his staff were very personable, and professional. Communication through all phases of the project was excellent. Mr. Boyd's level of customer service, professionalism, and quality craftsmanship is top notch. He is very passionate about what he does, and doesn't just go through the motions of the labor, he puts a peice of himself in to it as well. It shows in the results. We would gladly recommend Boyd's Custom Remodeling, and plan on using his services again in the future.

Kevin Boyd was to turn my 2 car garage into a family/game room. He brought 2 gentlemen with him whom asked me "Do you know where I can find some weed at?" He started to bring items he was going to use on my garage and store them in my home. He told me he bought discounted items to keep the cost down. He was the cheapest that we found, but you get what you pay for! He told me he would install a Fitsuji HVAC but he decided without informing me to put in a cheaper HVAC unit! He even sent me to look at a previous customer of his who had also had their garage converted. He went on to tell me how she owed him money how she was on a payment plan, and other personal business of hers! He told me all his work has a warranty. Still to this date I dont have any warranty! Now he says he does not give a written warranty but anything I need done he will do it!! A faucet he put outside of my house does not work, we called him and he wanted us to pay for another one! He said because of the cold weather it froze. But when he was applying this "special faucet" he told me it would not freeze. I started to wonder if this faucet was one of the items he got at the many auctions he goes to, to buy old, used, outdated items?! He was totally unprofessional. He cursed the entire time he was in my home. He showed up at all different times and he was not on the job everyday. When I would ask his workers where he was or what time do they think he would be they never knew. Two of his workers I found out had been in jail before.So when he put in my door and never left the key I automatically changed my locks! Still to this date he has not given me the key! When I tried to explain to him I was not satisfied with the job he was doing he became irate, and basically told me i was getting what I paid for! Then his wife Gina got involved made threatening remarks talked about suing me, went on to say their company had a A+ rating which is untrue. After going through numerous emails, phone calls, and more and more of them making excuses for the workmanship, I filed a complaint with BBB, and I called in a city inspector who made him do the work correctly. Needless to say to make a long story short Boyds Custom Remodeling is a terrible company and I would advise everyone not to use his services!!Also the HVAC unit he installed starting to leak into the house the next day! Water was running all into the house. He says it was because we put siding on the hose outside. His workers left the remaining siding outside they were supposed to clean it up.
