We contacted Air Doctorx initially for a second opinion for an issue with our heater. Ken was our technician and he was great. We ended up using Air Doctorx for the repair and will be using them for future service needs.

Mark and his techs really know their stuff. They didn't backfill the trenched area where the geothermal lines were hurried very well and basically left that for me to do. They also need to be reminded sometimes that the 6 month service is required. They weren't the lowest bidder but we're chosen due to the owner's expertise.

Replaced heat pump and maintained for 3 years. Arrived on time, worked professionally, price fair. Stopped using due getting a contract for plumbing and heating at a lower price, and lower service.

The representative who wrote the work proposal was very personable, knowledgable and professional. I based my decision to go with Air Doctorx on his excellent service. The installers were very effective. They spotted a kink in the current freon line where the line enters the house from the heat pump, and they fixed it. If they hadn't spotted that, my new heat pump might have worked as poorly as the old. Many installers would not have been diligent enough to find that problem, or if they did, they may not have gone to the trouble to fix it. A+
