Roofing
I needed the roof redone on my patio. Mr. Tyree advertises 25 years of experience. He came out with his assistant. They were supposed to replace wooden boards and reshingle. They did not remove all the wooden boards because they discovered that the wood was screwed rather than nailed. So they removed as much of the old roofing material and reshingled over the top leaving uneven pitches including parts of the roof that are flat and could trap ice and water. They also did not do proper flashing or put the siding completely back the way it was. I had to pay another roofer to come out and add flashing, fix the siding and seal some of the shingles.
