The entire process was a disaster. It took over a year from start to finish. The owner, Brian Richardson, repeatedly made excuses, subcontracted other providers, did no pay them, and finally refused to come back and install the fence as provided for in the contract. I have heard similar storys from many others. I paid for the entire pool according to the terms of the contract and have had to finish it by going out and getting another fencing company, I am in the process of taking legal action at this time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I sent a registered letter outlining what services were still owed and even thougfh I got confirmation of receipt, he refused any further contact.

Hole dug and pool started in timely manner. Homeowner was expected to push dirt up around pool and wet down daily with very little, if any guidance from contractor. Yard was level and contractor stated would not be a problem, but ended up with a large mound and very uneven ground where pool is located. Insisted that a electric pole needed to be in a particular area which basically stands in the middle of nowhere and every other pool we have seen since, incorporates this pole in an unobtrusive area. It is very distracting as it is now. Large amount of personal trash (lunch bags, bottles, etc.) included in trash pile, which was almost more than the boxes and packing material trash. Owner's manuals and instructions, broken pieces, bolts, and nuts in trash pile. Once payments received much more difficult to get response from contractor. Supports either bent or broken when contractor pushed up dirt with backhoe. They were no longer sitting straight. Large amount of dirt in pool. Gravel or dirt can be felt behind liner throughout the entire pool, which the contractor insisted is normal. Cement did not cure properly and contractor indicated not a problem. Later discovered this is where the automatic cleaner's pipe was not connected. Pool leaked from first week it had water in it in late spring until July 2nd. Contractor continually ignoring homeowners' concerns stating it was "condensation and evaporation." Once he agreed there was a leak it took a little time for him to repair. Very unprofessional in his interaction with homeowner. Contract stated homeowner would receive an orientation on how to operate pump and cleaner, etc. To date, we have had no such orientation. Fortunately, we found the manuals in the trash. At end of season had to threaten with court to get him to come back and close the pool, which was part of the contract and provide cover. We will know when we open it whether or not he did a proper closing. He only put one bag of shock, we have always used more chemicals in our above-ground pool. The costs of additional chemicals because of the 2 - 4 inch water loss daily was an additional expense and made it difficult to balance the chemicals.
