They didn't do a urine test, they just did a useless x-ray and charged us $200 and gave my cat a shot for pain and she was tripping out and not eating for 3 days.

She acts fine, but the lump is concerning because they don’t know what it is. They take very good care of her. They are just very, very expensive, but vets here in general are extremely expensive. It’s not she is more expensive than anybody else. It’s just outrageous. I just think their pricing is high. It is really not the visits and everything and maybe it depends on the lab that they use. I know that one girl was saying that labs are very expensive, but they do the x-rays right there in the office, so I just thought that was high. I would never not go there because they are just awesome with animals. They just love animals and I love the vet herself, she is just wonderful. I just think the prices are really, really high. They get down on the floor and they are always very loving. The whole staff is wonderful there, not just the doctor, but everybody that she hires.

We use A Little Veterinary Clinic. We go to 2 different vets and we use one for emergency. They are very efficient. We don't have to wait, if you have a 12 o'clock appointment, they get you in at 12. They are very impressive and very efficient. Dr. Little is like, in our opinion, the best bet in the area. What makes me say that is that she takes her time with the animal and she looks at wholes tic remedies as well as she is not one that really quickly just roll out pills. She is really good. She is a little expensive for the price.

They were ready at the specified time and took her right away, When we picked her up, instructions were given, clearly, as to her post surgery care. A good experience with no trauma for my dog.

The price is good, but the therapies are exceptional. The vet has a good bedside manner that it is not just her, but it permeates through her staff.

We have been taking our pets to Dr. Sharon Little since 2003 after a very negative experience at another local vet. Dr. Little and her entire staff are very loving to the animals and very kind to the humans. The office is very clean. Phone calls are returned promptly. Dr. Little explains everything in detail. If there are test results to be relayed, she is always the one to call and give them. Sometimes you are not seen promptly at your appt time but the wait is not too long. That's the only reason I gave a B for punctuality. I also gave a B for cost simply because the prices here (in Delaware) seem so much higher than what we were used to. I don't think it is actually this Vet in particular. 3 things of special note for me...1. they never muzzle my dogs, 2. they do blood tests and painful things like that in a separate room so that you are not with them 3. THEY NEVER TRY TO SELL ADDITIONAL SERVICES TO YOU.
