Ordered H inspection for dual tank system mid-July. They came and pumped tank three days later which was alright but the inspector found several discrepancies with trees too close to drain field and some broken fittings from lawnmowing. You cannot get them to come back to finish the job. For two weeks went around on phone with getting an estimate, getting a work date, making appt, finally got a plumber to fix the drains and called them for a re-inspection to which they said; "Since someone else did the work we will not certify the septic system. What a scam! They did pump the tanks out but you can't get them to do anything else...avoid!

I had a backup in my septic system. Called them in the morning and they were out that same afternoon.. As I was new to septic systems, the technician thoroughtly explained to me what the system was comprised of, how it was laid out in my yard and how the entire system worked. In addition, he have me some great tips on how to prevent backups in the future. He cleaned up the yard completely. Great!

Clean Delaware arrived on time. They did an excellent job of cleaning and servicing the system. They explained the functions of the septic system and how to keep it functioning properly. We would definitely use them again.
