From that drippy faucet, to having the A/C turned on and groceries in place when you arrive at your second home. Owner makes most repairs himself. Subs are brought on for specialties., to having your roof replaced

Michael has a wealth of knowledge and experience regarding repairs, installations, etc. He is property manager for several Band Bs/rentals in the area and I believe can fix just about any household problem.
He is always prompt, friendly and his prices reasonable. So far, in the almost two years I have lived here he has installed a window in a den, changed out the stained glass in the double doors in the entryway, repaired a large hole in the woodwork in the sunroom (cut for the previous owner's large TV), installed an electric pulley in the garage attic so that I can easily bring things up and down from storage.
I highly recommend him.
