About us

Precision Power Washing offers licensed professional exterior cleaning services to primarily residential and some commercial customers at a fair price. You will be in direct contact with the owner from start to finish of your project. Ensuring you receive high quality services, the owner will be present at each project completing work too. Solutions are used to kill the algae/mold, but also environmentally safe around vegetation and contain mildewcide, which prevents the growth of algae/mold. All equipment is of high professional grade, routinely maintained and customized. I have a an extension that reaches the peak of a two story home from the ground without using a ladder. This saves time for me and money for you! Some of the services include vinyl and cedar siding, sidewalks, decks, sheds, fencing, exterior gutters, windows/screens, concrete patios/garage floors, and all outdoor furniture. FREE recycle/trash receptacle cleaning as needed! NO ROOFS. We look forward to servicing you!

Excellent customer service and great value. Power wash service was performed same day contacted. My house looks great! The siding, windows, deck and garage area are sparkling clean. Even power washed all my curbside recycling trash bins. EXCELLENT JOB! Will be using this company again next year.

Called the day before the appointment to confirm....great communication and great job. Any items that needed to be moved to perform the service were put back in place. We did a walk-around with Shannon following the service and the job was very well done. Great quality of service. Highly recommended!
