On July 27 my 100 year old Victorian home was struck by lightning. I had extensive fire and water damage. I had sold this home and was to have settled in 2 weeks. Jim Sabo, the owner of JCS Signature Custom Homes and Interiors, came to my home, took extensive pictures, presented me with a plan to restore my home and worked with my insurance adjuster. He began work as soon as my insurance allowed and worked tirelessly to complete my home. My buyer was willing to wait for the home to be restored, but obviously was anxious to have the process completed in a timely manner, without sacrificing the quality of the restoration. Jim's crew is composed of Master Craftsmen in all fields, from electrical, to plumbing, to plastering etc. Jim is very detail oriented and if he isn't personally satisfied with an end result, he re-does it. I never felt like I had to watch over his shoulder to make sure the job was being done correctly. His high level of ethics and integrity left me with no doubt that the job would be done correctly and to his very exacting, high standard. At no time did I come to the job project feeling that I would want something done differently. The quality of his work is outstanding. My home is in better shape today than before the fire, with no compromise in detail or quality. He worked tirelessly to restore my home to even better than it was before the fire, and did it in a very timely manner.
