Overall Eastern Air Services was phenomenal. Sometimes responsiveness wasn't perfect, but it's relatively minor. I had three bids, and theirs was not only the lowest, the equipment they installed was top of the line, as I did research on getting the proposals. The other two companies I had bid were $600 higher, one with a significantly less efficient system, and one with a comparable system. They showed up in the morning, on time, with the whole crew and knocked it out in about 5 hours. Ed and his crew are first rate and definitely knew what they were doing.
