our tenant called us 4th of July to say her air conditioner was no longer working. My husband called Adam to schedule him to come out and look at and possibly repair the a/c. Adam offered to come right out, but my husband told him to wait until Monday. He arrived first thing Monday morning. After inspecting the unit he discovered a hole in the bottom of the compressor and informed us it couldn't be repaired. He gave us a quote for a new a/c which was very reasonable. He scheduled the replacement work for the next day, came and replaced it. He is very professional, polite, and honest. We are extremely happy with the service he preformed. Cape Climate will be the only heating and air company that we will use for home and our rental properties. we feel confident in recommending them to everyone. Excellent work and it was exactly the price he quoted, no hidden or extra charges.
