We are experienced homeowners who have completed numerous remodeling projects over the past 30 years. our experience with Building Supply of Delmarva was disappointing. We recently purchased a home that needed the entire interior completed. This included 3 1/2 baths, kitchen, lighing, plumbing and floors. Our contractor had worked with BSD and recommended we use them for the kitchen and bath design, supply of cabinets and countertops and installation. We worked with a BSD designer who strongly recommended one of their cabinet lines -- Wolf Cabinets. The samples shown were not of the same quality as what we ultimately received and we found out that this designer was family related to the manufacturer after the work was installed. Very unprofessional. In fact, BSD fired this designer, and did not tell us this fact until they were on sight and i asked where the designer was. As a result, we had cabinets delivered that were the wrong finish and had to be returned and reordered. They also installed countertops that were incorrect and had to be pulled out, reordered and reinstalled.This delayed the project significantly by several weeks. They offered us no consideration for this incompetancy. We also question the design in the Master Bath, as one of the cabinet doors cannot be opened unless another door is also opened. It appears that either the design was poor or the installer did not know how to set the cabinets properly. We pointed this out to our GC, but it was never rectified. We do not wish anyone experience what we have gone through.
