It went very well. Bob Brooks was very, very helpful. Remained helpful even after home was completed. Thirteen years later he still returns my calls and offers to help and gives me advice. They did a great job installing my wood floor. High quality craftsmanship. A company with integrity.
I've since had work completed by other contractors and now realize how great BP is. I should have hired them, but didn't think the jobs were big enough, so never called. Lesson learned!
