First two tasks were done properly and on time. Third task the contractor said he would do it in three weeks, after he completed other work he had scheduled. After four weeks not hearing from the contractor, called him to find out when he was scheduling my soffit repair that he committed to doing. He replied that he had accepted a number of new jobs and was not going to do my repair. Apparently he does not feel obligated to honor a schedule commitment that he makes or contact the customer if the situation has changed.
