WEBER SIGNS & ART STUDIO

Overall about a 30% out of 100. Numbering & letting was good. The vinyl grapic had many issues which I will list: Provided the file of the graphic layout on disk for Weber Signs to change as needed to fit box truck side' The whole graphic was 2" shorter in height than the agree upon height. Front of truck box had an angle so Weber Signs needed to change the spacing so no numbers or letters would be cut off, did not change the correct size & made a seperate vinyl piece to overlay the one on truck to fit properly. When printing the opposite side he forgot it was a mirror image & did not change the lettering again toe fit, but this side he need both front & back serperate vinyl pieces to correct. The side was layed out with two pieces & both had gaps where the truck side could be seen. He was also at my house after dark with car lights on to do the work until 10pm when he tried to leave his battery was dead & knocked on the door repeatly for a jump, we were already in bed with all house lights out. This would not of happened if he would have listened to me as I told him at least three times the truck would be availabe to complete job for the next three days after 3pm. We asked that he remove & correct lettering & numbering issues two replace only two vinyl pieces on each side of box truck, he said no it was a great job, if you wanted it any better you should have paid more. We agreed to his quote price, he refused to correct the issues. I now have to take the truck to someone else to remove & do the work correctly. I will be taking Weber Signs to court for return of deposit as the job was not completed correctly & he refused to refund money. I do not reommend anyone using him for vinyl grahics
