I asked the owner, Peter Berntsen, to replace the fan and condenser motor in my a/c unit after receiving an extremely high estimate from another contractor. I purchased the parts and Mr. Berntsen gave me a date and time for the installation (9am - not a 4 or 5 hour window). Mr. Berntsen arrived on time and was very professional. He replaced the parts and worked through some non a/c related issues to complete the job properly. His price was very reasonable and he did a great job. I would definitely use Koala Enterprises again for heating and air conditioning issues.
