Prompt, reliable and very professional!

It was okay. Everything seemed fine. They did what we wanted them to do. They were on time and very polite. I can't comment on price because I can't remember what the price was and all the details of it. What they did worked, we are fine. They were very responsive, I do recall that. We had a real problem and they were out in no time. They came when they said they were going to come, I don't remember any problem at all.

My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the work that Charlie/James performed at our home -- Something that would have taken me hours to complete, this team completed in just a few hours! The first thing that we look for is overall presentation; from initial meeting to equipment to workmanship and Dependable met and/or exceeded those expectations! A company that will be called upon in the future for any/all electrical work ....

Charlie Hudson arrived on time and quickly determined the best way to run the new circuit from the electrical panel to the furnace.  Work was performed in a neat and professional way.  Charlie left two neatly cut small holes in the ceiling of the utility room (required to snake the new 30 amp line to the furnace) that were very easy to patch.  HVAC installers positively commented on the work the next day during the installation of the furnace/heat pump.

Charlie arrived on time and we finalized to cost of the work as I was out of state when we set up the appointment.  This was work on new construction in Bayside.  Charlie and his helper proceeded to install all 5 fans in a very professional manner and in a very timely manner.  They were very courteous and helpful in explain some options regarding switching.  I expect to utilize Charlie again to install a light kit on one of the fans and would not hesitate to use him for other electrical work.  I have no hesitations in recommending him to others.

The technician arrived sooner than expected on a Saturday morning.  He knew what the problem was as soon as he started removing the outlet.  He fixed it in a jiffy and checked other outlets to make sure there were no further problems.

I am very pleased with them. I found them off of Angie's List. Dependable electric and Mister Sparky work together. They sent the guy from Dependable and he came again on Thursday morning, and called me by name. He took care of the problem. The circuit breaker was over 40 years old. Their prices are fair. I am so far out in the country, they charge us $59 to $60 just to come out all the way here.

The service was excellent.  The folks were friendly and knowledgeable, and very responsive to my call.  I highly recommend their services.
