Had the owners over for a quote, very reasonable and could be done convenient to both us and them. The roof was completed quickly and efficiently with a great crew very organized. Clean up was also great. I couldnâ t be more pleased! Our neighbor had their roof done a few weeks ago also, that contractor still isnâ t done. So glad I called D&R.

We hired D. R. Contracting to completely replace the siding, gutters, and 2 deck remodels. Demetrios came up with the design for the new decks and they look amazing! We were not able to be there during this major project and Demetrios and his staff cared for our home as if it were their own. He communicated and provided us with pictures on a daily basis. When you find a great contractor no matter how many unforeseen problems arise it really makes it not so bad. Demetrios and his staff do impeccable work and we will hire them for all work going forward. I think it is safe to say that he is a perfectionist which is very admirable. It is nice to be able to have such trust and faith in an individual and his staff.

The estimate was easy and complete!!! When We added or issue came up, they communicate with us promptly to discuss our opinions. So happy with the whole experience!!

The owners was very responsive, honest, and gave very good advice. The company was on time and I would highly recommend anyone in the area needing siding call for an estimate.

Some panels were not installed per mfg. specs. J channels were not always cut as well as they could have been.

This project was done in a professional way, something I do not find in the eastern shore. Was done as scheduled and on time. The team on site was very polite and professional, and showed up on time every day. The site was cleaned up on a daily basis, and was left spotless at the end of the project. Excellent experience. A contractor that works with you to understand what you want, gives good advice, is knowledgeable of the codes, and pleasant. Initial cost estimates were in excess of my budget and he successfully worked with me to change the work scope to accommodate. The final product was done on time, in budget, and fully to our expectations. I had quotes from nine contractors and although he was not the lowest, we think he was the best and we are well pleased. I would heartily recommend him.

Everything was excellent, very impressed with their work. They would be top rated. They were on time, finished before the finish date. They built everything well, would highly recommend them to others.
