Chesapeake set an appointment for a Monday afternoon, but one of their plumbers was free on the Friday before. This was particularly helpful because, before the faucet was replaced, the water to the home had to be turned off unless in use. The woman who was managing things for me (Ann) knew that not having the water turned on was a large part of my problem, and I'm sure that knowledge figured in her decision to send a plumber as soon as possible. The plumber who came was professional but also personable. He did a wonderful job installing and testing a quality faucet (Moen). Chesapeake is now my go-to plumber.

I had my tenant call me at 7PM and 11PM being completely nasty. I got up at 7:30 and called several HVAC one being First Class AC all told me I was pretty well screwed. I called Chesapeake told them I was with Angie's List and a very nice Lady named Kim got me scheduled the same day between 12-4. The technician contacted me at 10:30 and asked if he could come early! By Noon the unit was up and running, a fan motor was burnt out. I expected to pay a premium for such great service but the bill was only $258!!! Thanks to the Chesapeake Team!

The technician Blake was right on time. His helper Bob showed up about 20 late but they both did a great job had it completed in 2 hours. It was the first time I ever used the company and very satisfied with their work. They were working constantly the whole time and cleaned up. Also checked around with different companies and they had the best price for the job. I was charged for the labor only.

I recommended this company as a referral to a good friend of mine who had no hot water on a Saturday afternoon. I got a call 2 hours later to tell me thank you, and how great the service was, and they came out fast, and fixed the problem real quickly, and how awesome the service was. It makes me feel incredible, when I put my name on the line, refer a company, and they provide excellent service. I would recommend Chesapeake Plumbing and Heating to ANYONE who needs a great plumbing service company!!

They were amazing, and I would definitely recommend them to everyone who I come across that needs plumbing work done. And, although I hope I never need them again, but, if I did, they will be the ones I will call. A special thanks to Ryan, the service manager for meeting with me and setting up the whole job, as well as being there and assisting in the job itself when the time came. Also, thanks to the other guys who came with him on the day of -- Joe and George, I believe were their names. Thanks to everyone for making it a smooth process!

I used Chesapeake Climate Control LLC. They were here in August. They did not give me a receipt, they gave me an electronic receipt. It wasn't thorough, it didn't spell out what they did and how much it was. I really didn't care for that, I like something more specific. As far as their work, as far as the attitude, the plumber I had in here, he was good. He was personable enough, the thing is he didn't answer all my questions. Any criticism I might have all spans around communication whether written or oral. I thought the price was reasonable for what they did.

If you want great service, excellent prices and professional people to work with this is your company!! Chesapeake was on time, put down drop cloths to protect our floors and carpets. Never made a mess as they were very careful. Took care of every detail, and explained everything to us. We were pleased with everyone we came in contact with. My AC unit overflow drain was clogged and some water started spilling out over my pan onto my ceiling. What a mess! The repair guy came out and fixed the issue. He also told me how I could save money on my after hours service call by signing up for their service club, which I did that same day. Even after signing up, I still saved $25!

Our whole house central air conditioning unit froze up on a 100°couple day. Serviceman came within 24the hours and fixed unit. Friendly, efficient and knowledgable serviceman, Steve. Would call them again if needed. Didn't rush off ... stayed to make sure unit was running properly and that service performed fixed the problem.
