The insurance adjuster telephoned the crew and within an hour they were at the house working. A crew of five men ripped out hardwood flooring :-( that had water damage. They ripped off the paneling/wallboard on the ceiling and walls. They covered the areas that weren't damaged with plastic. They removed all the debris to a dumpster. They cleaned up everything. The men were nice and professional. They were empathetic to our plight - watching the family home be torn up. They assured us, they'd seen worse - lots worse. And then they set up their big dryers. Everything has to bone dry before we start to put it back together. They made a bad situation not so bad. And they call in each day to report on the progress of the drying out. I highly recommend them when bad things happen.
