Eric and his crew were very professional, courteous, and answered any and all questions that we had. We highly recommend Ocean Waves to everyone who needs a soft wash process for their roof and or siding we also had our gutters cleaned as well. I highly recommend and commend the services by the entire staff at Ocean Waves. They were very professional, on time, and did an Excellent Job on cleaning the entire exterior of my home. I am very pleased with the results. They took extra care to protect my plants and shrubs. As a matter of fact, I recommended to my neighbors and they too hired them for exterior power washing of their home. I would absolutely use their services for my future power washing and cleanings! This was the second time we used this company to clean our Bethany Beach house and decks. They again did an outstanding job and we received compliments from neighbors as to how hard they worked and the quality of their service. We also used them to keep our gutters cleaned throughout the year. It was obvious that they took great care to protect our plants and other items. Simply a great crew of hard worker people who really care.

"Talked with the customer about our service. He said he was very happy with the service and all the help and extra work we did for him ( removed a birds nest in his dryer exhaust, help him with a siding issue) He said the rating was based on that he is very hard to please."

My 11 year old house looks brand new! Excellent and thoughtful cleaning of all decks and exterior of house was well done. Everyone was on time, careful, and the results excellent. Their soft scrub method left all surfaces clean.

Eric was very prompt with his estimate, arrived on schedule and was very courteous. After he and his partner were done, they not only cleaned the debris off the deck and windows but also the bushes around the house. They did a great job! I highly recommend Ocean Waves, LLC.
