I requested a quote for shipping container site leveling with crushed concrete laid on July 23rd. Spoke with Josh over the phone the same day after he was alerted by Angie's List that I was interested in a quote. He emailed me a quote the same day. After making arrangements, I contacted Josh by phone on July 26th and requested to proceed. We arranged for work to start Tuesday, July 30th with full knowledge that the container would be arriving on August 1st. He said he would call Monday afternoon to verify his start of work sometime Tuesday afternoon. I received no call on Monday. Tuesday afternoon I called around 2:30pm twice. Someone picked up on the first call but said nothing and hung up after 5 seconds. I received no phone call back. I called again Wednesday morning and received no answer. At this point, I am forced to land the shipping container on unlevel ground without and drainage material underneath. This is an absolutely unprofessional way to manage a business.
Description of Work: Site prep for 40' shipping container.
