First off let me advise everyone that the information that came up for this vendor seems to be a little different than the address on his billing letter head. HIS TELEPHONE # IS: 302-698-3400, and HIS MAILING ADDRESS IS: P.O. BOX 102, CAMDEN, DE, 19934. I tried to correct this information in the header of this review and could not seem to get it correct?? Most likely my fault.

This business is a family owned and operated business. The wife keeps the books and does all the appointments, and the husband goes into the field and does the work. The gentleman showed up exactly at the time he said he would and he did call prior to arrival as requested. He was very diligent about his work and explained everything he did completely before he even did it and answered any and all questions. When I had a question about Moles in my yard --- he even called the vendor that he purchases his chemicals from to get a better explanation of what actions were available to me to take care of my mole problem. He then even advised me that the chemicals he uses are the same type that I could purchase from the hardware store and I could do what he does myself to take care of the moles --- thus saving me money. { Seemed very honest to me?} I asked him about a problem I was having with wood bees and he crawled up under my deck and found the holes where the bees were living in and treated it for me at not extra cost, I have not seen any wood bees since his departure. {Except two dead ones I found in my storage shed that is on my deck that I was sweeping out over the weekend} He treated both the outside foundation and the inside base boards for both Termites and ants.  {We were also having an ants problem in our kitchen} It took about 48 to 72 hours, but we haven't seen an ant since then. I advised him that my wife had a cat and he assured me that his chemicals would not harm pets. It has been a little over a month since he treated our house and my wife's cat is still alive and shows not signs of illness.
The Gentlemen is very professional and seems very honest, in sort of a down home southern style type of business communication. If you are looking for a big city fancy exterminator with a fancy uniform and super new, clean, fancy truck --- this may not be you man. BUT --- if you looking for a  good ole boy --- honest neighbor, who you can trust and won't cost you an arm and a leg. This is where you want to go.
THE ONLY SITUATION YOU MAY WANT TO BE AWARE OF --- he does not have replacement / repair insurance if your home does get damaged by Termites! He states in his contract that " THE METHOF OF DETECTING TERMITES IS BY A VISUAL INSPETION OF READILY ACCESSIBLE AREAS. INFESTATION AND/OR DAMAGE MAY BE PRESENT IN AREAS WHICH WERE NOT RADILY VISIBLE OR READILY ACCESSIBLE AT THE TIME OF OUR INSPECTION. THEREFORE, WE CANNOT AND DO NOT IN ANY WAY GUARANTEE THE PREMISES TO BE FREE FROM TERMITES OR THEIR DAMAGE" The contract does say that if any Termites appear in-between inspections --- that he will come back and retreat the area for free???  
Again --- in life --- you get what you pay for. If you go with one of the big name / national companies, they may have some kind of guarantee against termite damage to your house, but I am sure it will cost you a whole lot more... check with your home owners insurance to see what they cover???
