"The light was installed as per his request when he called in the work order, it was also installed at to the manufacturers recommendations. The customer indicated that it was a remove and replace only, not a relocate. The customer left the light outside for us to install and left his home. He called when he returned and wanted the fixture raised aprox 10' up for no charge. The walls inside the building were finished which meant that they would need to be fished and an estimate was provided to RELOCATE the light, which was not what he originally asked for. The customer was unreasonable and not willing to work with us. We also gave him a refund of $50.00 and that was still not good enough for him. We will not accept this person as a customer in the future and shared his info within our network as a problem customer."
"The customer was upset that we did not purchase her new LED bulbs from a big box store. As an electrical contractor in Dover we try to support the local supply houses who have worked with us since the business was opened. They are a bit higher than the box stores, but they offer customer service that the other stores do not. At times we have purchased bulbs from those stores and they have failed in a very short time period and we found out that they were factory seconds that were supplied to the big box stores. Since then we only buy bulbs from local supply houses. [Member name removed] wanted us to credit her the difference in price, we did not we charged her our standard shop rates and mark-up. We tried the best we could to meet her schedule and respect her requests. We pride our selves on our customer service and thought that we had all come to an agreement after we discussed the paperwork and the bills. I'm sure that we did everything we could to make this customer happy especially since her husband is respected surgeon. I'm sorry to hear that she will not hire us again, I guess I need to find a new surgeon as well. I try to support the businesses and professionals that support us."

The problem is with their trenching to lay the underground wires. They cut 4 of my irrigation lines and told me they had repaired them. They did not, I had to call an irrigation specialist to do the repairs. They did not fill in the trench they dug. They over laid it with dirt and told me it would settle in on top of the pipe and wire! The first rain we had the yard had a long line of holes about a foot deep. I called them to complain and they sent the same 2 men that caused the problem in the first place. They covered with some dirt, but the gash of 2 feet long is still there waiting for someone to step in it and break their leg!
I have been calling and getting their answering service all week complaining about their men not repairing the cut irrigation lines and no one has called me back.
I would not recommend this company!
"Customer did not know where septic or irrigations lines were located. We did cut lines on both systems. We repaired cut septic lines ourselves and customer said he would take care of irrigation lines. Backfill was piled over trench and settled after first rain, once customer complained we returned and raked more dirt into hole and customer signed off that he was satisfied. Several attempts were made to call back customer but he does not answer his phone and screens calls. I would not do work for this customer again and will share his negative attitude with other contractors we network with. We always try to make our customers happy but sometimes things happen. We did try to resolve the problems for [member name removed] but we feel that no matter how much we do he will not be satisfied."
