+ -1 moreI went in on 9/3/13 to buy 2 long handled pick up tools tat $5 each. They were sold out!! They promised that if I gave them $10 they'd hold them for me when they came in on 9/10. On 9/10 I called - not in they said... none in the warehouse. Try back on 9/17. They didn't come in on 9/17. Two days later I get a call from the store that I should come in for a refund. When I picked upp my $10 the assistant manager told me she'd call me "as soon as they come in." Today is 9/26 and I haven't heard a thing. Ace is NOT the place of the helpful hardware man.
Description of Work: Advertised a tool for sale that was supposed to run all month.
