PUGH'S SERVICE

The only reason I brought my lawn mower from this family owned business was to support mom&pop businesses. I brought my lawn moaner cash for around 500.00 in May or June 2023. It’s August and I needed some oil that got into the engine cleaned and apparently according to the Mrs. also another filter and spark plug. They over charged me and at this rate- I can buy a new loan moaner every other year. That not it!!!! When I was complaining to the technician who repaired my lawn moaner Mrs P aka KAREN came outside of the shop and got in my face telling me I can’t speak to her employee. He’s hers ???. Once I started telling her I’m grown and that man is grown — How dare she tell me or anyone for that matter who to speak with is crazy to me. She threatens to call the cops on me for waiting on my lawn moaner after she realized I wasn’t going to stop venting to the technician. She like : Don’t come back ??? I would cut my grass with scissors before I would ever go back to this Horrible place of business. I think, her technician is unaware of the ridiculous prices the Pughs are charging their customers and she wants to keep him in the dark. Well, he knows now because I shown him the receipt. I will never recommend ANY to establishment. Home Depot is less than 500 feet from Pughs. Mrs Pugh is rude and nasty old woman.

First time customer. My Craftsman mower quit while mowing. Pugh's picked it up, diagnosed problem/repair, and then delivered back. From initial call to return delivery was extremely professional! Price was as advertised AND they cleaned the mower after maintenance. Highly recommend. They've got my business

I have not had any problems.

A very good experience.  They picked up the mower and returned it when they said they would.  Final cost was as estimated.  Took longer than I had hoped (3 weeks as I recall), but honestly I knew the mower needed service and I should have had this done over the Winter, instead of waiting until the beginning of Spring when so many folks are getting their mowers ready for the season.  Quality of the work apears to be excelent.  Dealt with staff completely by phone, and they were articulate and courtious.  Mr Pugh explained what was required, what was done, and what I should do to minimize possible re-occurance.  I could tell he understood the problem, manufacturer's history, and the repair completely.
I got high quality service for what I percieve to be a moderately high-but-competative price.  Service provided in a timely manner considering the time of year.

They were very good, very consumer-friendly and good service provider. They were very knowledgeable. They provided good service and gave me a good price. He does a lot of repair work on those mowers for tractor supply. They were just good to work with.
