There were no hidden/unexpected charges or up selling of services but multipoint inspection was performed. Results were presented for future reference. Time in and out was as described up front.

Price Honda, what can youu say? They have a superb operation, cars new and used, maintenance and repairs. But you are going to have to pay for it. An oil change and a check engine light diagnostic cost $130.00. An estimate Remove and replace timing and other belts was quoted at almost $1000.00!!!! That's seven car payments for me. So like I said, if you have a deep wallet use Price, otherwise run from them.

We knew that we wanted a Civic. Although they did not have the type we wanted on their lot, they located one in a neighboring state. We purchased the car with 0.9% financing. We were able to purchase an extended warranty from Honda at what I consider to be a very reasonable price. We walked away completely satisfied with the car and the process we experienced at Price Honda/Acura.

Price Honda are not very good. The only reason I go to them is because of the warranty. I would not recommend them. What ever they fix on our van, happens again with in a few days or a week. It is terrible. And it cost us a lot of money each time. They still haven't fixed the brake problem. My brother-in-law finally got the problem fixed. I will not go back to them.

They do a good job although they are a bit expensive.

I own two sets of wheels and two sets of tires; one set for summer and one set for winter. The summer (sport) tires started to cup after the first season of use. Price Acura service department did not identify the problem, but the courtesy driver that picks up and drops off my loaner did notice the issue. For the record, Price Acura/Honda is the only company to perform any service on my vehicle since the purchase. I originally discussed the poor condition of the tires after the car was returned to me with the service department. Price Acura decided that since they did not diagnose the problem that the consideration would be that I would agree to buy new tires at $780.00 and they would cover the rotation, alignment and other tire related services upon installation. I agreed to have the tires purchased when the spring arrived for the tires to be installed on my car. I called Price Acura for the scheduled maintenance and tire replacement. The service manager did not have knowledge of the price quoted for the tires so she advised she would call back. She did call back after finding the price quoted of $780.00 she advised that they could not honor that old price because the prices of tires had gone up. I asked her to get me quotes on tire selections. She said she would call back with quotes. She called back the third time with pricing for the tires of $858.00 I agreed and scheduled the service. When the driver showed up to exchange vehicles for the scheduled service and tire change, I advised the courtesy driver to confirm if all the tires are cupped and if not, maybe I should save one or two for spares since the tires have very few miles on them. I even discussed that fact that he was the one to have diagnosed the cupping and that I should not have had to pay for the tires in the first place. He agreed, but he admitted that he was only the driver. I get a call later that day from the service department advising that I had not agreed to the new tire purchase and that the price of the new set of tires was now going to be $1150.00. I was furious to say the least. Three prices on new tires that I should not have had to pay for in the first place. I contacted Acura customer service to file a complaint, they took the complaint, but could not force the independent dealer to correct the situation. I did not get my new tires for free, at the original price quoted, the second price quoted and of course not the third price. This was a horrible situation that as a customer that purchased defected tires should not have had to purchase replacements, but when I agreed, the price should not have changed so many times either. Price Acura/Honda was non-responsive and did not care about my situation. This is not the first situation to arise from poor service at Price Acura/Honda, but since they are the only Acura dealership in the area, I am forced to deal with this poor service or trade my vehicle in for another brand. Which I am considering because of poor service.

The overall experience so far has been excellent. They are quick to serve. The salesman has been very polite and courteous and I would hopefully go back to the in the future.
