Extremely well, they were ready for my car when I arrived, had most of the paper work all prepared. Had a loaner vehicle ready and only spent several minutes before they had me on my way. I received a call after the over all service review that indicated the rear brake pads needed to be replaced, provided the estimate and indicated the time when the work would be completed. I was called exactly when they said the car would be done. When I arrived for pick-up, the bill was ready, no waiting, and the car was washed and waiting. Very good experience start to finish.

They are okay. Anything at the dealership is kind of overpriced. It is attached to the Honda dealership and sometimes he takes it to the Honda dealership to have it fixed because their labor fees are cheaper. We are kind of indifferent to them. They haven't done anything to really stand out to us but they haven't done anything to irritate us. We don't rave about them. We had them repair braking and we haven't had any issues. The work was good. If we looked around we could probably find someone else that does as good of quality work at cheaper prices. They have a receptionist that is unprofessional in appearance and mannerisms. We have a warranty on our car so we will continue to use them until that warranty is up.
