+ -1 moreBoth vehicles received the remote starts however; the systems chosen were not the ones installed on both vehicles. One received the correct remote however; the other did not. Also, the owner gave no explaination on how to operate the system with the exception of how to start it. We did know (until reading the manual) the car can run for 12, 24, or 60 minutes. The installer had not informed us of long he had programmed the vehicles to run before automatically shutting off. We also did know that we had a shut off button nor do we know where it's located to this day. When i called the installer to discuss these concerns, his attitude was poor, he was seemingly bothered by my call, and he made it to out to my problem, not his. We will never buy nor refer anyone to this shop.
