Description of Work: Two years ago, Lowes put in laminate flooring in my house and did a very poor job of installation. The installer came back several times and attempted to fix things. In April 27, 2015 email to Ron in the Flooring Department, I confirmed that Joel was finally coming out to look at the flooring. Joel did come and repaired some of it and tried to put the blame on the manufacturer for the rest of the problem. Then, in June, 2015, two people presumably from the manufacturer came out took pictures, measured and asked a lot of questions. | |I waited and waited and waited for an outcome but never heard from Lowes about this report. This year I was told the installer was no longer a Lowe's subcontractor, and the report did not exist. They would have the new installer come out and look at it. The installer finally called and left a message. I returned the phone call but I never got a call back. Finally, the installer made an appointment on June 17th but never showed up. I cleared my schedule for that day and waited and waited. I am still waiting for a Lowes manager to return my phone calls.

 + -1 moreThe price wasn't too bad. It was a lid grade dishwasher which wasn't the cheapest thing out there but it wasn't most expensive. They were good. They had the best price in the area. It was a best buy. It was lowest and the best price.
