They provided financing, when our living room chairs came in the wood stain color was not the correct shade. They took the chairs back fixed the stain in house and redelivered them to us. No muss, no fuss! On the couch, the stiching on two of the cushions started to fray. I called they came out and took a peek and ordered us new covers. Again no muss, no fuss! I recommend them to anyone. Their showrroom is overwhelming -wow!
