At Hope Construction, we strive to deliver quality work and professionalism on every project, and it’s disheartening to learn of your dissatisfaction. However, we must clarify that our decision to terminate the contract and not return to the worksite was due to your refusal to make a payment owed per our signed contract. Additionally, the mistreatment and unethical behavior directed toward our team created an environment that made it impossible to proceed. Despite this, we were more than willing to return and complete all remaining work to deliver a finished product. Unfortunately, the refusal to pay what was contractually owed left us no other choice. As one professional to another, we had hoped for a level of fairness in our dealings, but unfortunately, we were unable to reach an agreement. This has now left us with the primary alternative of pursuing legal action to recover what is owed. We also want to clarify that our reviews are authentic and come from clients who are familiar with the quality and professionalism we bring to each project.
