Governors Avenue Animal Hospital

While we were there, we noticed some fleas in the examining room.  We brought it to the attention of one of the vet techs and they blew it off saying they'd have to take care of that problem soon.
After a couple weeks we noticed fleas all over the apartnent..  Our indoor cats were itching and scratching as we were.  When it got to the point we couldnt even sleep in our own apartment, we went  directly to the governors animal animal hospitalafter work to explain what had happened and to see if they would offer to help us de-louse the cats and have our apartment fumigated. While we were waiting in the waiting room several fleas jumped on us. Two lady managers listened to what we said and indicated the fleas could have come from anywhere, no one else had complained about fleas, yadda yadda, basically our word against theirs theyre going to deny it was their fault.  They said they would talk to the owners, but we know what that means.  We had to go to all the trouble of bombing our apartment, delousing the cats, rewashing everything we owned and basically turn our lives upside down because they refused to make right what they screwed up in the first place.
On  a scale of 1-100 they are a negative 100.  Go to one of the other upstanding animal hospitals in the area,, not governors avenue

I liked that they were thural. I like that the visit includes a nail trimming for free. The staff is very friendly. The office is very clean and they have a lot of new technology.

We have always had positive experiences there.

I would tell others to go to them and they are better than their competitors.
