Before I ever employed him, when I was still living in an apartment about twelve years ago, and in the process of closing on my home, somebody suggested that I give him a call because I had some concerns about the indications of termites in the house. This guy didn't know me from Adam, he had never got a nickel from me, but he gave me an hour and ten minutes on the telephone, explaining all sorts of things to me. I was so impressed, that he got the job right away, and he has never disappointed me. This guy is excellent, he is a professional, and he knows his job. He is also head of the local exterminators association. In the area of pest control, I trust this guy, he knows what he is doing. He is good, and he won't try to sell me anything that I don't need, unlike some people that I interviewed when it was time to get a pest control company. His price is excellent, I never felt that I was being gauged or taken advantage of. I don't mind paying the highest bid and top dollar, if I get what I want and it is backed up professionally.
