Geek Tweek, LLC

When my husband contacted Mike Payton from Geek Tweek, LLC, Mike offered assistance by telephone.  Mike ask my husband to either bring the computer over or Mike (himself) offered to pick it up to our convenience.  I had never experience such kindness, caring, and good service from anybody, and I am not exagerating.  Mike diagnosed my laptop problem the same day my husband decided to deliver my laptop to Mike.  What a service!!!  He told my husband that I needed a new computer screen, but that it will take a few days for the computer screen to be delivered.  Mike kept my husband informed of the delivery status and all.  As soon as he got the computer screen, he fixed my computer and he immediately let us know that the laptop was ready for pick up or that he can deliver it to us.  When we picked up the laptop, I finally got to meet Mike Payton.   I can describe him because it is important for the public to know when a business-man is not only intelligent but has the most amazing good manners and show caring to his customers.  I rate Mike with more than excellence providing repair, cost, service, customer relations, and all that we customers look for.  I forgot to mention that my son and his girlfriend were also with me picking up my laptop, and Mike (chatting and laughing) gave them tips on how to make their iphones faster and about apps that could be good for their phones.  I want to say, thank you Mike Payton.  You are awsome!  I also have to add that this is no the first time that Mike provides computer services to my family.  He has fixed every computer in my home at a very reasonable fee, but this is my first time giving Mike a review.  I have no words to describe how awsome this young man is.
