Two technicians showed up, however there was confusion on the time to show, but the job only took 45 minutes to complete once they arrived. One technician would have been enough. They installed a small baffle at the pilot light to resolve the problem. My house is only two and a half years old and the baffle (at most a $2 part), was supplied by Lennox as a fix to what I would call a design failure. When asked how much I owed, they told me $295.00. I was shocked, as I assumed no more than $100 to $175 as this is the going rate in this area. Called to complain, but the manager never returned my call.
