"To be very clear on this review, this client has made very false allegations. We had both agreed on the price and the work to be completed. I had never said to the client that the job was underbid. I did mention however, that the brush pile that was to be cleaned up was nowhere the size it was when I had given the estimate. The brush pile that was placed in the driveway was 3 to 4 times more than what was there. Yes, I did call and ask if it was ok to come today, due to the fact of a cancellation. I had no idea it would be an issue to ask or else I wouldn't have asked. Yes, it did take several days for us to return to the property, due to weather conditions. It would not only be unsafe, but we would do more damage to the lawn than what we would like to do. No, we did not agree to "stack" the wood, the agreement was that the wood would be left on the property. I do not understand why you had taken a picture of the wood on the ground, when that was the agreement. Our crew did trim the Dogwood tree located in the back left of the property. Last but not least, I did mention to your husband that he did have a chainsaw sitting right there when he asked to cut a huge cluster of ivy off a different tree after we had packed up everything. The worst part about all of this, is that we did exactly what we were suppose to do and you could have just made a simple phone call explaining the issues with our services. We would have tried to come to an agreement for your "special" needs...."
