"This gentleman called and needed his grass cut right away. We went out the same day to mow. The grass was at least 8 inches high. He didn't like the price we quoted so we cut the price by $20. The grass was so high we hit a tree stump under the grass and ruined our blades on a zero turn mower. After doing all this, he still cussed me out."
